Goddess locs, Messy locs, boho locs… I wanted them and was determined to figure it out! Of course I named them RheeRhee Locs! After watching countless videos on YouTube and stalking Instagram hashtags I decided to make it happen!
I already have locs but I wanted a change for a big upcoming vacation to Rivera Maya! I wanted them to my butt, ya know give em a new wife! Hubby and I have been in a bubble working hard to really keep focused on us!

What I used:
Free Tress : Deep Wave & Sacanavia Curl -bag each
Bobby Boss: Marley Hair
Nail Glue
Scissors
I wanted to cover my rose gold, orangey, blonde, faded color, I wanted to go dark!
Step 1. I started by using the curly hair to extend the length of my hair, I paid careful attention to start the braid at or just above the break in color of my hair.
Step 2. Wrap the Marley hair around the braid & loc.
Step 3. Use a teeny tiny bit of nail glue to secure the ends of the wrapping you have done.
Step 4. Palm roll the ends and along the locs but alternate for realness.
Notes:
Alternate curl patterns AND wrapping all the way down! The more different textures you create the mover “genuine” they will look!
Alternate backcombing the Marley hair before wrapping the loc, this will create imperfections and sometimes “buds” again adding the faux realness!
My real locs do poke thru a tiny it but it adds to the realness so don’t get caught up trying to create the perfect faux realness!
I’m going on month 2 and loving the way they have aged! I really want to give my colored locs a rest! The last time I did my hair I was experiencing too much breakage for me! I have been actively using my growth spray and oils to keep my hair juicy and loved on! I am paying more attention to how much or little I retwist my hair! The plan is to keep them thru the beginning of the year! I will every few months redo them in sections.
I also did the is style 2 full weeks before my vacation as I wanted them to age 1st! The older the more real they look! A few wives and ladies in our travel group said, “Oh your hair has grown so much!”
